  You have taken detox to a whole new level with your creative ingredients, elaborate on your program?

  A total body detox does not have to be painful. When Deana and I started talking about this over a decade ago we decided it would be fun, enlightening, and comfortable.

  But, comfort and detox don't go together?

  Exactly our point, which is why we are different. No doubt at Replenish™ there will be some changes to your daily eating and thinking. However, there is nothing wrong with our food tasting amazing, our rooms heavenly, and the view...well come see.

  Yes that reminds me - I hear you consider yourself a massage aficionado?

   (Laughter), I wear many hats, this is my favorite!
Seriously, we are all broken, over-stimulated, undernourished, individuals. Touch is healing. Period.

   So what made you get into the healthy lifestyle business?

   Well, we don't call it a business we prefer to look at what we do as a life choice. Replenish™ was created when two friends asked each other what they would love to do everyday that would fulfill inner and outer peace. We understand that learning and practicing a balanced lifestyle is work, worthwhile work. So after 20 years of making tons of money for corporate and semi-corporate moguls we decided to learn and laugh everyday while providing a very different, all-inclusive, just "show-up" place to restart your health and embrace your authentic self.

  Can you expect to see and feel changes in just seven days?

   (Laughing) Well, have you ever been on vacation, or on a cruise? Did you see changes to your body after 5-7 days of over eating, over drinking and over indulging? To answer your question, YES! You absolutely will see changes. To start - after 3 days of cleansing your body starts to perk up and pay attention! You begin to feel clarity, your eyes start to beam, your sense of smell is heightened - and your taste buds are alive! It is amazing what happens to our bodies when we give them a break from all of the toxins we put in them on a daily basis. Imagine not ever getting the oil changed in your car!? Miracles happen when you allow your mind to rest, your body to cleanse and you start to open up and reconnect to spirit! Oh and did I mention a bi- product of cleansing is that you inevitably lose weight?? Weight loss is certainly not the focus, but most would say an added bonus! It really is secondary after feeling clarity from the mental and emotional cleansing!

   Is Replenish™ for women only?

  Absolutely not, we welcome all women and men. It is for adults only, but all adults are welcome!

   Is this really an all-inclusive retreat?

  Yes, you are responsible for nothing once you arrive. Your food, room, massages, creative workshops...EVERYTHING...including gratuity...is taken care of for you.

   Can I detox from substance abuse at your retreat and/ or heal my body holistically?

   Although our program is intended to help facilitate mind, body and spirit growth, we are not a full service recovery treatment center. No alcohol, tobacco or drugs are allowed at any of our retreat locations. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, we do offer a variety of holistic treatments, but encourage you to stay on any prescribed medications from your doctor. Replenish is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment from your doctor. Please consult with your doctor if you have any questions or concerns regarding your participation in the Replenish retreat.

  What would you say is the biggest benefit to coming to your retreat?

  Ultimately, it is summer camp for grown ups. Who said we ever had to stop going to camp. Sometimes people need a break from work, a break from unhealthy lifestyle choices or overindulging in food, alcohol, overspending, co-dependent relationships, etc. Sometimes people need a break from kids and car pools, medical issues, job loss or family loss. Sometimes people just need a break. We want to provide that break in a way that promotes a healthy rejuvenation process. We want you to feel recharged, refreshed, renewed and ready to start again. We think you will be REPLENISHED!
